About the class

I am offering Hatha Yoga to suit all ages and abilities and encourage both male and female students to attend my class. Hatha Yoga aids good posture, strength, alignment and muscle tone. Each class will conclude with a 5-10 minute relaxation / meditation to complete the practice which aids stress relief and can help anxiety and depression. My thesis for yoga is that everyone can practice a version of the poses I teach and work towards a fitter, healthier lifestyle.

About me

I discovered Yoga at University 5 years ago, as a dancer this was a major part of my degree. I have continued my practice ever since. I am qualified by the British Wheel of Yoga and continue my studies with them.
